Our Services

Guests must provide documentation to support need as well as a homeless letter.  Please note that LA and out of state BCs can take as long as 6 – 8 weeks due to Covid-19. 3 requests allowed per family.

Individuals can meet with Social Worker to obtain resources that will benefit their specific needs. By Appointment Only. Contact (504) 273-5573, Ext. 114.

Assistance provided to renew expired I.D.s or to obtain a LA I.D. for the first time from agency.  Guests must provide a homeless letter and proof of expired I.D. Assistance to obtain. Permanent Resident cards and work visas also available

Referrals given Monday – Friday, 9:00AM – 9:30AM &1:00PM – 1:30PM (Must have prescription and homeless letter.)
